This four bedroom detached home ticks all those boxes and lots more. This particular property would suit both buyers in their later years as well as younger families where space and a convenient location is key to their search criteria.

Denne Hill is also nearby, where you will find beautiful countryside and views over Horsham that can be explored by the numerous public footpaths.
Young families will be pleased to know that the property also falls into the catchment of some excellent schools, the much improve Arunside is just along Blackbridge Lane whilst older children can attend Tanbridge House Secondary School that has had some fantastic results at GCSE level over recent years.
The property was extended back in 1965 so now offers extensive accommodation. Although much loved over the years the property now finds itself in need of some care and attention which we have naturally allowed for within our pricing strategy to allow buyers the chance to add value whilst they improve their new home.
What the Owner says:
We were moving out of London, looking towards a quiet and peaceful retirement so Horsham was the perfect location for us. We were driving around looking for agents boards when this property caught our eye. It turned out to be the only one we viewed as my wife fell in love with it straight away, she knew that this was exactly what we needed, and once her mind was made up no other property stood a chance! That was 19 years ago now, so she was right of course! With all the space we have, the whole family often came to visit us, there is plenty of parking for them and the grandchildren could charge around the garden, and we always had a spare bedroom or three if someone wanted to stay overnight.
