This property offered the benefit of single floor living plus potential to make it larger too. Since moving in we have added an extension to give us the fantastic master suite with en-suite. We had the double glazing added as well as having double doors put in to the lounge/diner which are great in the warmer months!
The boiler, heating and wiring have all been changed so the next buyers can move in with the comfort that there won't be any expense there.
We'll miss the space and the convenience of living here. The local shop is great for a paper, pint of milk or more. The local pub is great too. We have found walking to the town and train station a doddle from here.
