We have lived here for 17 years and when we first saw the property we fell in love with the size of the plot and the fact it was set back from the road with a large driveway providing ample parking and privacy. We could see the potential as the previous owner built the property around 1996 but did not complete it. Over the years we have finished the loft conversion, added a 'Green Oak' kitchen extension and completely decorated throughout. We still have planning permission for a double garage under ref MO/95/1119 and a completion certificate for the house and garage will be issued once this has been completed. It has been a great place to bring up our family but they have now flown the nest so we are looking to downsize and are selling with no chain.
