Pear Tree Cottage is an improved and extended 19th century country house situated in the beautiful village of Sicklinghall, with wonderful views over open countryside. Located between Leeds, Wetherby and Harrogate, and less than 3 miles from the A1(M) motorway, it is easy to see why this location is so attractive to commuters. This charming cottage is full of character, and is one of the most welcoming and comfortable homes that we have ever offered for sale.
The open-plan layout ensures that the cottage is bathed in natural light, and large windows to the rear ensure that you are never far from those lovely views, whether in the breakfast room, cooking at the Aga Falcon range, sitting at the window seat in the dining room, or waking in any of the four bedrooms.
At over two thousand square feet, this is a sizeable residence, with plenty of space for a family to enjoy, and the terrace, gardens and views over the Sicklinghall Grange estate have to be experienced to be fully appreciated.
Pear Tree Cottage represents country life at its best, in a peaceful but convenient location, luxurious and comfortable accommodation, and wonderful outside spaces. Who could ask for more?
