Back inside, and you will find an pleasant breakfast kitchen and utility room with plenty of storage and workspace for looking after the family.
Upstairs, and you will find a lovely master suite with a beautiful en-suite shower room, built-in wardrobes, and pleasant views out towards Nidd Gorge. From here a landing takes you to another three bedrooms, two with wardrobes, and the house bathroom. There is ample built-in storage, and access to a large loft.
Outside there are mature gardens with an enclosed rear lawn, accessed from the snug or the kitchen, a great place for children to play, high hedges and fences provide a feeling of solitude and security. To the front is a small lawn next to a short driveway which leads to the cavernous tandem garage, complete with power, light and plumbing.
