We first looked at this house because of its location, as commuter access to London via train was essential and also the ease of getting to Reigate and Gatwick. Having a young family it was also a major bonus having the newly renovated Memorial Park a few minutes down the road.

The development itself is very secluded and secure with only residents having vehicle access. We love the light and spacious bedrooms and the house has a lot of storage space. The houses were finished to a high specification and so the house is ready to be moved into.
