We have rented this house for a number of years and we have never had any trouble finding suitable tenants as it is a great area for both families and commuters. Northfleet railway station is just a short walk away as are local shops and schools and there are bus stops that can take you into Gravesend town centre or even Bluewater shopping centre. Ebbsfleet International railway station is not too far away either which can take you to the continent or into central London in under twenty minutes.

We used to live here as a family and there was plenty of room for all of us and we really liked the kitchen/diner as it was a great space to entertain our friends and family.
This is a nice, quiet cul-de-sac and there is always somewhere to park your car, normally right outside your front door.
