We have many happy memories here and are sad to be relocating for work. The layout of the house was a huge attraction, with a superb kitchen/diner filling the entire ground floor which we have used to host plenty of dinner parties! We added a fireplace to the lounge and decorated to create a really cosy space where we love spending time as a family. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom which has been great because you can have a houseful of people without getting in one another's way! We also adore our south-facing garden it's nothing short of a sun-trap. The proximity of open space has also been brilliant for our young son, with the nature reserve 2 minutes walk from our back gate and the beach only a 5 minute drive away.
