Before coming here we already lived locally but really wanted something a bit bigger. I viewed the house twice and convinced my husband to have a look and he was also amazed at the space and room sizes. The house needed a fair amount of work but most of it was actually cosmetic although we have updated the boiler quite recently.

We have 3 children and having the space means that we can spread ourselves out over the three floors without getting in each others way but still enjoy being a close family. We are fortunate as we have great neighbours and the area is lovely and quiet. Our back garden is sunny during the day and in the summer the trees out the back are covered making it really private.
