Moving to this house was a bit of a downsize for us really. It still managed to give us room for all the family though, which was important. We are not big gardeners but still wanted some outside space to enjoy so the back garden here was ideal, enough to sit with a barbecue in the summer, but without having to spend all Sunday mowing the lawn and weeding!
Iwade is a great place to live, there is plenty going on locally for people that like to be involved and the access to the motorways is particularly important for reaching Sittingbourne, as well as the Medway Towns, or London and down towards the coast.
