We were looking to downsize and were keen to find a property that was in good order that wouldn’t need constant attention. We were drawn towards new build properties but often found them on large developments that were often crowded and overlooked, two things we were very keen to avoid. So we were absolutely delighted when we finally found our home in Granary Close, nice and new with a 10 year NHBC warranty that would give us the peace of mind that we wanted. The position was wonderful, nicely tucked away right at the end of the cul-de-sac, it gave us our privacy, and with the woods to the side and the amazing views towards the river at the rear, you just couldn’t get much further away from big modern housing development if you tried!
