What appealed to me was the flexibility this house offered. I live here with my daughter and we pretty much have a floor each. With us both having busy working lives, this is ideal as we don't feel like we are on top of each other all the time. The rear of the house gets flooded with light late into the day in the garden, having the main rooms on the back of the house means they feel light and spacious.
We are too busy for gardening so love the fact ours is almost completely maintenance free. It has the same look as any normal garden but the artificial lawn means there are no drawbacks! It's a great place to enjoy alfresco dining with each other and friends. We both commute to work by car so the location is ideal for easy access to the M23.
