We bought this property as we needed more space and wanted somewhere that we could do a bit of work to. We have done most of the big jobs including installing a brand new kitchen which gives the first floor a much more modern feel.
Being so close to the village is not only brilliant for shopping and popping in for a coffee but also for the great transport links. There are a number of buses which go to Sutton, Epsom, Reigate and Croydon and we are only a short walk from the station and a few minutes’ drive from the M25.
Now that we have to move again, the house still offers room for the new owners to put their own stamp on it and we know that they will enjoy living here as the area is so fantastic.
We are certainly not looking to move far!
