I have really enjoyed living in this home and will be sad to finally leave it behind me. I have brought my family up here and being so close to the village has been invaluable. We can nip up to the shop in a few minutes or be in Ventnor or Shanklin within 10 minutes in the car. The local school is excellent and so are the walks up to Appuldurcombe House where our dog just loves to let off steam! We have never found it a problem to park outside but if you had a motorbike, there is a patio to the back which my daughter and son have used to get their scooters into the rear garden. The time has come to move across to the mainland but I am sure whoever buys my home will love it as much as I have.
