Living here for nearly 5 years has been an absolute pleasure. The location is superb, with Grand Avenue being one of the most attractive roads in Worthing. The small development is tucked away off Grand Avenue and it makes parking very easy, I am only moving as I need a larger garden for my dog. The garden is a real sun trap and great if someone wants low maintenance that needs little attention. I feel very secure and there is a friendly atmosphere amongst the residents, everyone is so nice!. Grand Avenue is a great location to catch a bus into town or to go that little bit further on the 700. The train station is also within walking distance along with shops and the sea. I will be very sorry to leave but my dog is more important.
