It was the peace and quiet which first attracted us to this house. Although you are within walking distance of everything you need, you can walk just a few steps from the property and feel as though you are in the middle of the countryside.
We are especially lucky because even looking out the front of the house, we are secluded and have trees to look on to.
The area is fantastic for amenities and we often take a stroll to the Rambler’s Rest on a sunny afternoon for a bite to eat or walk up to Banstead Village to browse all the unique little boutique style shops.
We have been very happy during our time here and it has been a wonderful family home for us. Now it is time for us to move on, we are sure that the next owners will love it as much as we have.
