I have lived here for over ten years and have family locally so I knew it was a great environment for our family to live. I think Woodford has that perfect blend of leafy areas such as Raylodge Park with its coffee shop and Claybury woods where you can take the kids for the afternoon. On the other hand there is an abundance of restaurants, cafes and shops along with great access to London, Loughton and South Woodford. Westfield's is only twenty five minutes away where you can literally shop till you drop. Schools are highly regarded in the area too. We have had many happy years here as a family and I hope the new owners have as many happy times as us.
