I had lived in Leytonstone previously and knew Woodford Green very well. I had lots of family and friends locally so it was a perfect location for me. This house is a great place for me to unwind at the end of the day and I have always found it to be calm and relaxing as soon as I am through the door.

The garden is particularly nice in the summer as you can chose whether you bathe in the sun or sit in the coolness of the shade with a glass of wine and a good book. I have since decided to move down to the coast for a quieter life and am sure that my home will end up in safe hands.
