We had been looking in Woodford because we knew it was such a great area for a while but there were only mainly flats available for our budget. This property meant we had no extra charges as it was freehold, and it also gave us a garage and a garden. We often visit Raylodge Park for a coffee whilst the children play. We take them to football and swimming locally as well as all the other green spaces around. There is a choice of supermarkets within a short drive and many local parades of shops for your day to day convenience. We have replaced the flooring in the lounge/dining area, we have moved the water tank to make some extra space. This is a very safe neighbourhood, so quiet and peaceful, but its time for us to getter a bigger property.
