Wanstead is a great place to bring up a family. This has been an extremely happy home. We have great neighbours and there is a sense of community here, everyone is very friendly.
Addison Road has an annual street party, which is ideal for new families to meet their new neighbours. The street is closed for traffic and we all contribute to food and drink.
We were initially attracted to Wanstead for the selection of good schools, the green open space and transport links but there is so much more to Wanstead it has surpassed our expectations.
