This house needed a lot of work when we initially looked at it but the location made us see past that and buy it. We wanted a nice neighbourhood for our children to grow up in and some great schools close by. Moving here meant we could have all of the above. When it was time for my wife to return to work full time we knew we would need the extra help so having had the extension we converted the room downstairs for my in laws to use as a bedroom.
We always visit the local parks and the kids often ride on their scooters to school. In the summer being in the garden is a bit like being on holiday, we get the barbecue going and have friends over. I really hope the next family enjoy it just as much as we have.
