We happened upon “The Tardis” purely by chance just over 14 years ago.

We had driven up from Brighton for lunch with relatives. Post lunch we went for a walk and took in Alexandra road. We noticed No 13 up for sale. By luck the then owner was outside and being my usual forward self I asked if we could have a look? He agreed and by the following day we had put in an offer for the property.

We weren’t even looking or on the market at the time but just fell in love with the properties charm.
