The good room sizes and the location of this house really attracted us to it. We purchased it as first time buyers and it really did need a lot of work doing to it! We are really proud of all the work we have put into the house – it’s a lovely place to live. Some of the works we have done include replacing the kitchen, replacing the central heating system, adding a new front door, replacing the floor coverings, redecorating from top to bottom and re-doing the front and rear gardens. It’s really modern in style now and feels really homely. The location is good here as it’s in a quiet cul-de-sac with no passing traffic. There’s a train station in Sturry, a good primary school and good local amenities. I would definitely recommend the area to another buyer.
