This has been our first family home and one in which we have made fantastic memories over a decade. The fact that the house is laid out over only two floors has been great in terms of safety for our baby, reducing the hazard of multiple stairways now that she is on the move. This is a wonderful house to live in, as it is nestled away in the far corner of a quiet, safe and friendly estate, with very little passing traffic.

We will miss our favourite coffee shops and curry house in Sherwood, only a 15 minute walk away and the convenience of a Tesco only a couple of minutes away. The City Centre is also only a 30 minute walk, and one that we enjoy most weekends!
