We were living in rented accommodation in Haywards Heath and were looking to buy our first home together around the Gatwick area. After looking at a number of properties we were becoming despondent as a lot of them did not fit our requirements. One night we were chatting to friends who had recently moved to a new development in Southwater. We decided to pop over and look ourselves and book some viewings. We came to see this one and as soon as we drove up to the house we had a good feeling as it felt private and tucked away. Once inside we could not believe the amount of space and wasted no time in offering.
