I was living in a larger property within Southwater and looking to downsize but still wanted something that offered a good spacious feel. I wanted to stay within the village as my son and daughter were settled and the schools are very good. After looking at a number of different types of properties we came to see this one. The first thing I liked was how far set back from the road it was. Once inside I loved the size of the lounge and kitchen/diner and felt it was perfect for entertaining. The upstairs accommodation was exactly what we needed and the garden was bigger than we expected.

It really has been an amazing home and we have enjoyed upgrading. We will miss the neighbours but won't be moving far away.
