I have owned the property for quite some time now. Over the years it has been really useful for the family.

It’s been used as a student house when my daughter was at university, as well as a rental property too. The rooms are located over three floors which work perfectly for a demanding family in need of space.

It’s quite sad to let it go, but the time is right as it has served its purpose. I hope whoever takes over will be really happy here.
