I initially bought this house for its fantastic location. It is within easy walking distance of the seafront, perfect for a weekend barbecue or an evening stroll to unwind after a long day. There are two large parks which are ideal for children (or dogs!) and a good range of local shops on your doorstep which cater more than adequately for daily needs. The city centre is only a short journey away by car, bus or taxi.
There are some great local schools so the house suits a family perfectly and although close to the city, the streets are quiet and safe with a neighbourly feel.
Having enjoyed family life in this house for many years, we now find we need to move for work and family commitments.
