The property in Empshott Road has been in our family for a while and was left to my brother and I a while back by a family member. I bought my brother out some time ago and have since had it as my family home.

It's a great size and all three of the bedrooms upstairs can fit double beds in.

The location is great because you're close to all that Southsea has to offer, whilst also being close enough to the Eastern Road that getting out of town is really easy.

The only reason I am moving is to be closer to my family in Cosham.
