The location is fantastic as it's nice and close to shops, if you need a few bits and also walking distance to Albert Road, if you fancy going out for dinner or drinks.

Even the train station is just a short walk away, so if you want a day out in London you can be there in little over an hour.

The only reason I am selling is to help fund a purchase for where I live now in Brighton.
