When I first walked through the door 45 years ago, I instantly fell in love with the property. I saw its huge potential, all the period features had been boarded up as it had been used as a boarding house, but over the years I have lovingly restored the property it to its full glory.

Both of the children have grown up in the house and went to school locally, so I have many fond memories here. I am sure the new owners will be as happy as I have been and make it their dream home. I am also particularly sad to leave my lovely neighbours but am now ready for a new chapter in my life.
