Property description
Describing this property is not difficult as there is so much to rave about it that we might not know where to stop!
The photos capture the character of the house and draw you in, inviting you to have a closer look. Every room has been stylishly updated with an opulent and comfortable decor that will be a pleasure to live with. Exposed wooden floorboards, picture rails and a gorgeous fireplace all ooze personality and period features that so often have been removed in other properties. The current owners even replaced the UPVC windows back to sash at the front of the house .
The layout is different too with three floors that spread the living spaces around, creating larger rooms to enjoy. The beautiful kitchen and dining area on the lower ground floor is the hub of the house with plenty of room for the family to gather together over mealtimes or just a cuppa. There is no problem with light as you may expect, as a lovely large bay window floods the stunning quarry tile floor with natural light.
A modern wet room and amazing bathroom await you when you need them - relax if you can in the claw foot bath while the others shower quickly before they go out. No queues and no interruptions!
If you haven't fallen in love with the house already we are sure you will as soon as you set foot inside.
What the Owner says:
When we saw this property we were very excited about the improvements that we could make and have enjoyed turning it into our home.
The location is ideal with mainline train links to London closeby, which is why Shoreham is a popular choice for those who commute to work. There are so many bars and restaurants to enjoy within minutes and it is such a friendly town to live in. In fact, we have stayed longer than we originally intended to.
It is now time for us to downsize. We know that the new owners will love this property as much as we have.
