This has been a beautiful home for our family for the past 30 years. The house itself is a great size and all the rooms - even the hallway and landing - are spacious. Furthermore we are within easy access to Lower Addiscombe's high street and East Croydon is also within easy access, with frequent trains to London.
We feel sad to be leaving, but now that our children have flown the nest we need a smaller property that will suit our needs.
