Property description
Never judge a book by its cover is a very apt saying particularly with this house as there is space in abundance, perfect for a growing family to move in to, imagine big rooms, features, etc.
Location is everything when you have a family and let me tell you, this house won't disappoint, just leave the car at home and walk to where ever you need to go. As well as a convenience store round the corner, you have an array of shops to choose from only a mere stroll away with big name stores like Co-op, Iceland and Boots as well as the local fruit and veg shops. If you are feeling peckish there are plenty of cafes to choose from, most serve a tasty all day breakfast.
Once you're inside, you will be taken aback with all the space on offer here. In particular, you have a separate lounge area, ideal for a comfy sofa to sit and relax on. The kitchen is a great size and has a very useful separate utility area, perfect for keeping an extra chest freezer or tumble drier. There is also a separate dining room, ideal for a table or chairs to sit around at meal times but could always be used as a fourth bedroom if required.
Being a seaside town the beach is never too far away. In fact, it's almost on your door step as it's only at the end of the road. Envisage during the summer taking the children, bucket and spade in hand, walking along the promenade to the pebbled beach where they can plan until their hearts content, whilst you sit and relax.
What the Owner says:
We were smitten as soon as we viewed the house as we have lived on the island all our lives we knew Coronation Road was one of the best roads in Sheerness.
We loved the size of the kitchen and the original features. Since owning the house we have completely redecorated, laid new flooring in the bathroom and new carpets.
We are gutted to be leaving this house and we do hope someone else will enjoy it as much as we have.
