We bought this home for many reasons including the bedroom sizes and the location – so handy for the schools, town and beaches. We have done quite a lot of work here including removing artex from many walls and re-plastering, we put the log burner in and when it’s lit it heats a lot of the rooms, not just the lounge. I have also recently just replaced the front door. Having two reception rooms is ideal as we use one and let the kids have the other; we have decided to move now as we need somewhere bigger
