We have owned this home for ten years. When we bought this home it was in need of complete renovation throughout, and during the last ten years that's exactly what we have done. We installed a new kitchen in 2014, a new roof and loft room in 2010, we've installed new electrics, gas central heating including a new boiler and many other things as well.

We bought the home also because of its location, as at the time we both travelled into London for work and could walk to Romford station within 5 minutes. Romford Town Centre is also a short distance away. The neighbours are great and we will be sad to leave.
