I chose this house as the layout suited me much better than others I viewed. I liked the good size kitchen and the fact that the bathroom is upstairs.
Since I bought the property I have re-decorated and re-tiled the bathroom too. I thought it was important to make the house more cost effective to run so had new loft insulation and cavity wall insulation installed.
I like the area and not looking to move far. The neighbours are particularly nice and I love being at the end of a cu-de-sac.
