We have been very happy here. The place ticks all the boxes. The home is very comfortable with impressive low energy costs, good security and simply the best neighbours.

The house is an easy walk to Merstham and Redhill stations and at weekends, walking around the Lagoons is a delight. On top of all this, we have greatly appreciated the extensive range of support facilities, including Tesco and a GP surgery, available on our door step.

The only reason we are selling is because of a change in working pattern. We will miss this home very much.
