We were living in a 1 bedroom flat in Southwater and with a baby on the way definitely needed more space! We started looking around and after viewing a lot of properties we looked at this one in Partridge Green. We were initially impressed by the off road parking facilities and the garage was a real bonus. When we walked in we could not believe the size of the entrance hall which linked the house and garage and then the further entrance hall leading to the lounge. The rest of this home did not disappoint and the garden was ideal.

We have really enjoyed living here and will be sad to leave but with another baby on the way we are after a little bit more room.
