I originally bought the property in Emsworth Road as a home for myself to live in, it only became an investment property at a later stage once we no longer had use for it as a home.

It was a great place for us to live and obviously this sentiment is shared as we have never had a problem finding tenants for the house so it has acted as a brilliant investment for us over the last few years.

We will be sad to sell but no longer need the property but we do hope the next owners enjoy it as much here as we did.
