I immediately fell in love with with this house, it was perfect at the time for my 2 children as it was close to to schools we had researched nearby.

The main draw was location, we wanted to be close to transport links as we as a family need to get to lots of different areas.

The style of house was also important as so many of the houses we looked at had bathrooms on the ground floor, which was not for us.

Being a keen cook to two growing children the kitchen and dining areas were perfect for us.
