We had been looking for a while before we saw this house, but we could see the potential in this home and none of the others had off street parking. Plus having a huge workshop was a real bonus.

Since we have been here we have installed a new kitchen and bathroom, put down new flooring throughout and kept up with painting and decorating. We love the fact that we are in a quiet village yet we can walk for 5 to 10 minutes and be in Margate.

The location is perfect for us, we have a couple of takeaway's close by and a Tesco Metro. Not only that but it's easy for us to drive up to Westwood Cross and avoid all the traffic by using the country roads. One of our favourite places to go is the Grove Ferry which is at it's best in the summer.
