Having lived here since the seventies we have never wanted to move because of the many facilities which surround us.

Everything is on our doorstep from the bus which travels either into Ilford or East Ham to schools, parks , doctors and places of worship.

We raised four children here and never felt that it was small but now as we move on in age the space around us is now too much. We hope another family will love this house as we have and when they move on have happy memories like us, which they can take to their new home.
