Having lived here for over 20 years I have seen the area change a lot, Loughton High Road is a trendy place with lots of bars and restaurants for nights out, whilst The Broadway has more traditional shops, including a butchers and a greengrocers. Luckily here you can walk to both!

I have transformed the bathroom from a small, dark area into a large, bright shower room that is a pleasure to be in. I have kept the home well maintained and decorated quite a few times over the years, always making sure that everything is done to a high standard.

I am relocating to be nearer my family otherwise I would be happy to remain here for another 20 years!
