Before this house I lived in a much older property and was worried that it would always need maintaining and just wanted to move into a home that didn't need anything doing. I was able to buy this from new about 10 years ago and it was perfect for me and my son. I love the en-suite and it also has a downstairs loo as well. We've had to do very little since being here but have installed some spot lights in the landing that really brighten the area up. One of my favourite aspects of the house is the garden. It's really sunny, particularly in the afternoon and there's lots of space.
