We chose Hersden as a good place to live as we feel that as an area, it offers very good value for money. We like the neighbourhood here and will be staying in Hersden. I’ve lived in this house since 1992 – we weren’t planning to move again, so we have spent a lot of money and effort on having a really high spec interior to our home. The kitchen is only 2 years old. The shower room was replaced 3 years ago and the central heating boiler was replaced at the same time. The shower is a digital shower, there’s underfloor heating in the kitchen and the shower room – literally no expense has been spared! The house really is ready for someone to just move their furniture in.
