This area is perfect for local amenities including a social club nearby if you fancy a few drinks from time to time plus there is a corner shop just along the road as well as a parade of shops at Halfway which are only a brisk walk away. There you can get anything from a pint of milk at the convenience store, a daily newspaper or takeaway's as a treat from time to time or if you fancy a sit down Chinese or Indian, you have got that here too. Great if you fancy getting out of the cooking every so often.

Once you are indoors, relax and watch the TV in the lounge area and eat as a family in the dining area, it is perfect for that dining room table and chairs you have also had your eye on.

The kitchen area has plenty of space with the added bonus of plumbing for a dishwasher (kids have it so easy these days!). What the Owner says:

Over the years we have carried out lots of work including a loft conversion so we could move the bathroom upstairs. We have recently replaced the loft extension roof with a fibre glass one, replaced the garage door and also the old boiler with a new Worcester one. Plus in 2003 we had damp work carried out downstairs which has a 20 year guarantee.

We would love to stay here and, in fact, will be staying in the area but we need a bungalow.
