We didn't know Gravesend that well, but love the location of this house. Sun Lane is literally a stone's throw away from Echo Square, an area with a distinctive village feel, a good café, a local supermarket, and a pub in which to enjoy a relaxing drink with friends and neighbours.
Commuting is made easy because both the town centre and railway station with fast links to London are within easy walking distance. There are also a good selection of local schools to choose from for people with a young family.
The house was really run down when we bought it, so we completely upgraded the wiring and heating system and updated the living space from top to bottom.
