We initially chose this house due to its size compared to the other houses that we had looked at. It was a bit of a "tardis" and had lots of living space for our growing family.
We were also very impressed with its location as it is very quiet here, yet is close to one of the best primary schools in the area and you have really good access onto the A2.
Since moving in we have added a conservatory and created a downstairs cloakroom, and have made sure that we have kept our home updated and looking nice all the time we have lived here.
Because the back of the house is in the sun for most of the day, we have had solar panels added on a lease and these will be transferred with the property and will help keep your fuel bills down.
