What the Owner says:
I only lived a couple of roads away in a small two bedroom house and was looking for a family home with three good size bedrooms. As soon as I viewed this house I immediately fell in love because it felt very spacious, open, light and airy.
This is a really nice road with wonderful neighbours and considering how close to town, it is a very quiet road. There are local shops just around the corner which are great for your everyday needs. The kids regularly walk into town or to the Promenade by the river front where they can watch the boats sailing up the river. The schools are also close by which means you can leave the car at home. The only reason for moving is that we want a downstairs cloakroom and a garage but really wish to stay in the area.
